Decent products, shipping took a bit

I tried THE CLEAN STANDARD Hand Soap and the Hydrating Body Wash this time. Both products are quite good for the price; the hand soap lathers well and doesn't dry out my hands, which is a plus. The body wash has a nice, subtle scent. My main complaint would be the shipping time. It took about 7 business days to reach me in Florida, which felt a little slow compared to some other online stores I use. Everything was packed securely, though, and arrived intact. I appreciate that they focus on clean ingredients, but a faster shipping option would make them even better value for money.

I think for opened beauty products, they might not take them back unless it was defective. I'd double check their actual return policy on the site, but usually once it's open, it's yours.

I returned an unopened item once, that was easy. For opened stuff, I'm not sure. Most places won't take back opened personal care products for hygiene reasons.

Nah, usually it's just one coupon per order. The free shipping often applies automatically if you hit the spend threshold though, so that doesn't usually count as a 'coupon' you have to enter.

I actually prefer THE CLEAN STANDARD multi-surface cleaner over Method. It cleans just as well, smells nice but not overpowering, and seems to be a bit more affordable for the size.

Price-wise, they're pretty competitive, maybe even a little cheaper depending on the sale. I find the quality on par with Method, maybe a step below Mrs. Meyer's for scent variety, but for actual cleaning power it's good.

Are their products actually vegan? It says 'cruelty-free' but sometimes that doesn't mean vegan.

Not all of them are, I think. You have to check each product listing, it usually says if it's vegan. Most of The Clean Standard stuff is, I believe.
